Ross Lake, Petenwell and Castle Rock are part of the Wisconsin River system and offer additional boating. All of these have launching ramps. Ben Hansen Park, a city facility, also has a boat landing. Wisconsin Rapids is located within minutes of the second largest body of water in the state of Wisconsin, the Petenwell Flowage.
